The Mindfulness Gap delivers free content across various channels including Twitter, Youtube, Facebook and Instagram to support wellbeing improvements and also has a range of competitive individual, digital and virtual support offerings which individuals, businesses and corporate bodies may want to consider.
A recent survey of 1500 HR managers on the subject of Mental Health noted that 98% of respondents suggested that mental health will be a key business priority, 87% noted wellbeing will be a key investment for businesses going forward and 32% suggested leaders need to better understand and raise their awareness of mental health and the preventative measures needed.
The Gap can develop bespoke non clinical packages suitable for all budgets. Our preventive approach is as unique as most in the field. At the Gap we can deliver short drop in context based practices to prepare before group meetings (having mindfulness sessions before ideation sessions so that staff are less distracted and fully focused – can produce higher quality initial inputs to service or business development). We can also provide full 45-60 min contextual practices for teams, sections and organisations developed around a theme eg. being stress free, a calmer me, being healthy, being focussed, really relaxed, showing kindness, developing appreciation, creating an altruistic workforce or custom designed around specific priorities for businesses.
In line with the Governments commitment to meet net zero targets, we believe that digital transformation can help reduce the need to travel, through enabling businesses and people access to our key services online.

“The experience I have had is that once you start talking about [experiencing a mental health struggle], you realize that actually you’re part of quite a big club”
