The Mindfulness Gap delivers free content across various channels including Twitter, Youtube, Facebook and Instagram to support wellbeing improvements and also has a range of competitive individual, digital and virtual support offerings which individuals, businesses and corporate bodies may want to consider.

Our approach is as unique as most in the field. At the Gap we can deliver short drop in, context based practices or full 45-60 min contextual practices for individuals and groups, developed around a theme eg. being stress free, a calmer me, being healthy, being focussed, really relaxed, showing kindness, developing individual appreciation, creating an altruistic me and custom designed specific priorities for individuals and groups. Look out for events on our socials.

In line with the Governments commitment to meet net zero targets, we believe that digital transformation can help reduce the need to travel, through enabling individuals and groups access to our key services online. We will however, endeavour to secure local pop in events, where practable to support those that don’t have easy access to digital solutions.
